Julio Chavez is an Associate Professor at the Department of Malignant Hematology and Cellular Immunotherapy service at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, USA. He is focused in the treatment of B-cell malignancies, specifically diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He has broad experience with chimeric antigen receptor therapy (CAR-T) and bispecific antibodies in lymphoma and leukemias. He currently has over 100 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals mainly in immunotherapy in lymphomas.
