I am a Nurse Specialist for Professional Practice/ Magnet Accreditation Department. I have a Master's in Nursing Leadership and a Caritas Coach I spearheaded a Support Group for Compassion Fatigue January of 2015 at one of our Satellites and it ran for 5 years supporting our nurses and staff.
